Subject: CALLING ALL PARTY GOERS - GET YOUR AVON BASH TICKETS!

I've booked the sunshine ☀️

Avon Bash 4, 5 and 6 September at Ashen Plains campsite at Stinchcombe near Dursley. 10 minutes from Frocester.

Camping, dancing to www.revolverlites.com, cheap beer, barbecue and campfire. Main event Saturday night, but campsite open to us from Friday 4th through to Sunday 6th.

We have a huge 22 acre grass area all to ourselves so bring your toys - gliders, kites, bikes and perhaps an inter club game of rounders.

Souvenir T Shirts on sale too.

All welcome. The more the merrier. 😊

Tickets £10 in advance and £15 on the door. Camping is £5 per night. There are also pods available to rent at £30 each too.

Please pay by BACS transfer and include your name and club. Sort 40-09-19 Account 71362372. Please email Graham Richards once you have made your transfer at treasurer@avonhgpg.co.uk

There will also be the informal competition which allows anyone (Avon Club Member) who attends the Bash to win a prize for the longest XC from the immediate sites, or other Avon sites.
