Pay attention.The last time I looked at the incident form it requested that information. Or I may be senile and imagined it. Or thought it so obviously needed as to expect to have to supply it.
The site registration form no longer requests it either ?
I may as well register my south facing arse if site wind direction is unimportant.

IIRC site risk assessment (required of clubs) state best wind direction and between wind directions in degrees. Incident reports have a section relating to wind direction on the day and site wind direction recommended limits.

I've just done an IR for an incident I witnessed, and the new IR does not have those details requested.
Maybe have a look at the new IR form and tell us what you think?
