Yep, me too...

If you look at a map you can see that it might well be flyable from 260-290 on the "SW" slope, so maybe the database isn't incorrect after all :-) Although I rather suspect the database states 220-340 deg because it only has two fields (technical term) for wind direction - ie. from and to.
