There is nothing official or approved about airspace downloaded from that site/generated using that airspace file.

Sorry my mistake, I meant that the link I gave is the source of the map that Airworks (Steve Purdie) generated. He generated it with the exe file I linked to, with his own choices as outlined in the second menu. The choices he made are on the SHGC forum and I can paste them here if you want.

However, I echo Richard's and Lee's concerns about using as gospel a file that you are unaware of the generation parameters for.

The only official documents are text version available from NATS and the CAA charts you mention.

NATS sanction the electronic maps sold by Airbox, don't they? However, these maps can only be used on Airbox devices like the Aware or within Airbox software on tablets as far as I know.

Thanks for all your replies - I note that no one has answered my questions though!?

I thought Richard had a hand in creating a gliding friendly airspace file, so wondered if this was it, or where it might be?

Richard can link to that, but I thought he had just edited the TNP/Open Air ones, much as you would do yourself, either by using the exe file I linked to, or by hand.
