This is better done from a powered pg IMO as the drop would have to be in a designated zone (not so easy from a glider) and the altitude fro free fall would be higher on a PPG, up to 12Kft 

BUT, in the UK needs CAA consent to drop and needs an approved drop zone. 

We can do it but it would take some patient setting up with legal, procedural, safety and insurance issues to resolve.
