You will need to use GPSDump to get the tracklogs off the Nav, and when in GPSDump save the tracklogs as a KML file and look at them in Google Earth at the same time as you're looking at the waypoints. I don't know whether the waypoints have a 100m cylinder round the in GE - if not just use the ruler to see how close you we're to them. 

Chris will probably want an IGC file rather than KML, so assuming you've bagged them then save the IGC using GPSDump too. 

Hope this gives you some pointers as to where to start - it's not meant to be a step by step guide...

It's quite possible there's an easier way to do it - I'm sure someone will enlighten me if there is :-)
